The observations made after the interviews took place in different shifts, followingthe work process of nurses and physicians. In the field diary, scenes that werepresented in the different modalities of actions developed by three teams in eachmunicipality during the work in progress were recorded in a dense and meticulousmanner. They were also recorded on an mp3 audio device. The audios of theobservations were not transcribed in full, only used as a complement for the fielddiary, when necessary.
