ABOUT ME
Hi, my name is Krystle. I am a mother, I am a Play Therapist, I am a laughter yoga instructor. I believe in incorporating play and laughter to navigate through daily life. I feel that this way of being helps to allow us to be present in the moment of joy where time doesn't exist.
